VISA Compliance (formerly Student Compliance Services) is responsible for ensuring the University is compliant in its sponsorship of Student Route (previously Tier 4) students, whilst also maintaining accuracy of all documentation and records held for non-UK/Irish students as follows:
- Right to study registration for all non-UK/Irish students
- The monitoring and escalation of Student Route (previously Tier 4) students who have poor attendance
- The issuance of CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance to Study) for students who need to extend their visa to complete their course
- The reporting of change of student circumstances to the UKVI
- The reporting of Graduate Route eligibility to the UKVI
- Advising stakeholders on University policy and compliance

Location: Talbot Building Room 966 Reception Enter through the Faraday Building main entrance and go straight ahead down the corridor until you reach the Talbot Building. Turn right through the double doors and follow the corridor around until you reach room 966. Ring the doorbell on arrival and a staff member will let you into the reception.
